These are photographs of our beautiful waterfront home project.  Even though there are quite a number of waterfront homes in the Vero Beach/Sebastian Area, an investor doesn't often get a chance at renovating them; so when we find just such a property, we go out of our way to buy it and offer a lucky new owner the chance to have it renovated according to their taste.  Our waterfront home buyers are given choices about the flooring, paint colors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, kitchen counters & cabinets, and landscaping; all of which will show off their style.  When an out-of-town buyer shows their seriousness (and vision) by putting a down payment on a property, we give them a live tour either in person, or by live streaming it to them so that they can decide about the choices mentioned above.  As we proceed with the renovation; before and after photographs are posted on this page so they can see the ongoing progress of their new home in paradise.
